What does our General Consulting service consist of?

Stage 1: Identify the situation/problem at hand

Our consultants conduct field interviews with the stakeholders involved in the consultancy and prepare a document describing each issue raised, identifying its urgency and impact (impact and scope). Together with the company's Expert Committee, our consultants develop a digraph that separates the root problems from the symptom problems.

Stage 2: Develop solution options to the situation/problem at hand

Our consultants and the Expert Committee jointly design a document with the most appropriate solution for the situation at hand, analyzing the benefits, drawbacks, detailed justification, and cost/benefit implications. They then develop another digraph that prioritizes solutions to eradicate or mitigate the root problems as well as the symptom problems.

Stage 3: Present the proposed solution

Our consultants present the jointly developed proposal to the CEO and their Expert Committee, describing it in detail and highlighting its impact and scope. The advantages and disadvantages are outlined, as well as the names of the people responsible for implementing each proposal (internal or external). The implications of each solution and the resources to be employed are also emphasized. The cost-benefit implications of the proposal are explained, and any questions or concerns that arise are answered.
