Requirements

Everything you need to implement Odoo in your company:

Vehicle fleet

At least five machines are required, ready to operate. Based on our experience, we've noticed that with five or more machines, bottlenecks, losses, and errors have a greater impact on profits, so the use of computer systems for fleet management becomes a priority. If you don't yet have that many machines but plan to increase your fleet, you can systematize your processes with Odoo and prepare for that growth.

Customer Service

It's essential to have an office assistant. This person receives the client's quote request, checks availability in the calendar, generates and sends the quote, confirms the client's payment, and firmly schedules the assignment. This requires an Odoo license and a computer with internet access.

Head of maintenance

A workshop assistant is needed. This person updates the status of each vehicle in the fleet daily, inspects the vehicle before and after each assignment, records odometer readings, schedules preventive maintenance based on odometer readings and availability in the Calendar, captures corrective service orders and accidents, and generates maintenance quotes. This requires an Odoo license and a computer with internet access.

Manager

A supervisor is required to sign customer contracts and service orders, authorize maintenance quotes, driver travel expenses, and handle customer complaints and suggestions. This requires an Odoo license and a computer with internet access.
